Dear Woman of God
For years, I led from an empty vessel. From the outside, it looked like strength — I was serving, teaching, and pouring into others — but internally, I was reaching a point of total burnout. I wasn't leading from overflow; I was leading from depletion.
I often picture my life during that season as a cracked container. God was faithfully pouring into me, but because of the cracks caused by overextension and neglect, much of what I received leaked right back out. Eventually, God revealed these cracks to me, showing me that I was giving to others what I was failing to give myself.
Through His grace, He began the process of repair. He restored my capacity and taught me that leadership should flow from abiding rather than striving. Today, because the vessel has been repaired, I am able to retain what He gives me. My leadership is no longer a matter of survival, but an overflow of His work within me.
If you are a high-achieving woman in ministry who is tired of leading from depletion and ready to lead from abundance, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
